As a sculptor I am inspired to design structures that both function to the benefit of the public, and complement and endure the specific environment I am working in. Most of my work is done on construction budgets and schedules. It is always my goal to make every work of mine not only well built and durable, but sculptural as well. Half of the design process for me is to work within the practical parameters such as drainage, electricity, shade, access and the taste of my client. The other half is to take note of these necessary factors and design/build a structure of inviting beauty and sculptural presence.
